  • All at Sea - the phrase ‘all at sea’ can be defined as: being in a state of confusion and uncertainty. This project explores the changing nature of the sea, sky and light. It also reflects the changing nature of the photographers interior mental space.

Completed Projects

  • Dreams of Basho - In the spring of 1689 the Japanese Zen poet Matsuo Basho set out on foot at the start of a 150 day journey to the north of Japan. This work explores some of Basho’s themes. In particular it focusses on the interaction between the physical and the spiritual experience of the human impacted landscape.
